Day 5 Post op Compartment surgery

The Right Leg is still stiff and last night i was up on it and leaned forward and a pain shot through my leg and foot that was unreal so i decided this morning to give the doc office a call to check to see what was going on. 

Per doc office and doc this is nerve sensation and"Should " ease up.  

The burning sensation is not as bad as it was but it still stings and feel like fluid moving around in my leg and foot.  

The office also suggested icing more frequently 20 on 20 off if possible.  

My wife and I decided we would do once and hour unless i was sleep and do every 2 hours.

I have only taken the my perscription for pain at night during the day i been taking Tylenol.  My pain level outside of the burning sensation or when i am walking on the leg.  

Because of the stiffness i haven't walked to much today.  i have been trying to work my right knee flexing it hoping to help with the stiffness.
